This vintage combines pleasure and terroir.

Noémie offers you with the F a very smooth and fruity wine, conferred by a selection of parcels during the harvest, a vinification always focused on the fruit.

Millésime 2020 : 90% merlot 10% cabernet franc – 8 mois d’élevage en cuve inox et barrique de chêne américain.
Millésime 2021 : 100% merlot – 8 mois d’élevage en cuve inox.

It is a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth. It will be at its best in its first 5 years.

Thanks to the partnership with the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux, its bottle honors the birds of the vineyard: Goldfinch, Wagtail, Chickadee, Red Throat.

This cuvée is the heart of our range of wines.

Not a woman's wine, but a wine of character made by a woman. This wine was aged for 12 months with a blend of wine aged in stainless steel tanks, concrete tanks and French oak barrels.

You will find both character and elegance when tasting this punchy and charming wine.

The Enora vintage (rosé)
of Château  St-Ferdinand

At Château St-Ferdinand, Noémie Tanneau, winemaker, created this wine for her daughter Enora. Family moments are precious. This rosé takes us to the sunset, a summer evening. A light, fresh, thirst-quenching wine, limited to 700 bottles, all numbered.

It is made of 100% Merlot.
A hand-picked vintage, early in the morning and pressed directly upon arrival in the cellar for an incredible freshness.

Tasting

Its bright pale color announces the delicacy of its aromas. The nose with light notes of grapefruit of grapefruit and pomegranate brings a lot of freshness.

This rosé, low in alcohol (11% vol.), and slightly pearly, is balanced between the roundness of the heart of mouth and the vivacity of its aromas. To be drunk between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif.

The prestige vintage 
of Château  St-Ferdinand

This cuvée is the authentic expression of our terroir. With intense aromas, its finesse and harmony are its main assets.

Elle est constituée de 50% de Merlot et 50% de Cabernet franc.

La fermentation se fait en vinification intégrale (fermentation en barrique et non en cuve).
Son élevage se poursuit en barrique de chêne français durant 30 mois. Cette technique se pratique exclusivement sur des petits volumes pour élaborer de grands vins.

Its tannic structure allows it to be kept for a long time, although it can also be enjoyed in its youth.

History

This wine was vinified cold for 2 weeks, then the wine is bottled and aged on laths in the underground cellar in St-Emilion.

This wine is made only with the natural sugar of the grapes that compose it: no addition of liqueur or sulfites during bottling.

The wine is disgorged, but not filtered. A slight deposit may remain, but it does not alter the tasting.
